Vintage late 90s/early Y2K knee-length pencil skirt in a brown and pink plaid. It has an elastic waistband, a side zipper closure, and a tiny jewel at the upper front left. The front has ruching on one side, and the skirt itself is slightly longer on one side for an asymmetrical look.

Measurements and Condition:

Fits like: Women's extra small to small, depending on if you wear it mid-rise or high-rise. Note that it fits a bit slim in the hips for a size small.
Fabric: Feels like a poly/rayon blend, with a ribbed nylon waistband

Condition: Very good, with a 1" line of fraying at the bottom back right edge of the hem (barely noticeable).

Length: 25.5" down the left side, 26.5" down the right side
Waist: 26" to 27"
Hips: 35.5" - taken 2" below the bottom of the zipper opening - has some give due to the pleating
