This half cape is made from cotton fabric with netting and a metal clasp. It has photo reflective plastic strips ( these will reflect any flash or direct lighting) woven into it with zip ties sewed in. A pair of sunglasses is the pauldron!  It is meant to be worn over one shoulder. It is 28" long unfolded.
